Privacy Policy – Personal Data Processing Notice
Legislative Decree no. 196 of June 30, 2003 – (Personal Data Protection Code)
In accordance with Article 13 of the aforementioned law, we inform you that Barca del Porto processes personal data of clients, suppliers, collaborators, visitors to its website, and third-party websites, as well as individuals who have voluntarily provided their personal information directly, by phone, fax, email, chat, or through the contact form.
According to the aforementioned law (Ref. Article 2 – Purposes), Barca del Porto ensures that the processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with the rights and fundamental freedoms, as well as the dignity of the data subject, with particular regard to privacy, personal identity, and the right to protection of personal data.

This page describes the methods for managing the website in relation to the processing of personal data of users who visit it.

Rights of Data Subjects
The data subjects have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of the data, to know its content and origin, to verify its accuracy or to request its integration or updating, or correction (Art. 7, Legislative Decree 196/2003).
Under the same article, they have the right to request the deletion, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of their data.
